Public room: join and play
- Choose your name and avatar, then select “Join” to find a public room.
- You enter a table waiting for players. A public room has five seats.
- The match starts when all five seats are occupied or the countdown ends. The initial countdown is 60 seconds.
- Any seats still empty at the start are filled by bots, identified in the player list.
Alone in the waiting room? You can wait 30 more seconds for other players, or start right away against bots — your call.
Private room: play with friends
Choose “Create Private Room” and share the code or invitation. Between 2 and 10 people can play. The host starts when everyone is ready; bots are not added to fill empty seats. Once the match has started, guests can watch without taking a player seat.
One table, one screen
Theme, music and mascot are personal choices in this mode — each player sees whatever they pick on their own screen, without affecting anyone else. You can change any of it at any time, even mid-round.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to invite anyone?
In a public room: No. Online mode automatically matches you with other people already looking for a game — no code and no invite needed.
What are the bots?
When there aren't enough players, empty seats are filled by bots clearly labeled with the name "Bot" and the 🤖 emoji. They pick a card from their hand every turn on their own, following simple rules.
Can I leave partway through a match?
Yes. There's a button to leave the match at any time — your seat is taken over by a bot and you're free to join a fresh table.
Is it different from the regular TV + phone mode?
Yes — Online mode doesn't need a shared screen or a room code. It's built for playing solo against strangers, straight from your browser.
